The concept of "unjust acts under color of law" is what ICE is doing.
Abusing the statutory authority given it by violating rights enshrined by law, but claiming supremacy over consequences for those violations because they are the ones with guns.
IT IS INDISPUTABLY WRONG.

The thing about the Boston Massacre— the fruits of arbitrary power— was not that the colonists were universally in the right. Things were thrown at the soldiers. But, the presence of a standing army escalated conditions. The use of force that night was not proportional. Citizens died needlessly.

I’m sure everyone’s seen the video of the murder committed by ICE in Minneapolis. In case you need a little more evidence these are a bunch of Nazis in our streets, here’s some vivid proof.
An off-duty ICE agent was just confronted in Minneapolis after people noticed a Nazi SS lightning bolt tattoo on his neck.

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

Trump’s post is a perfect example of his autocrat playbook: when accountability gets close, he changes the subject, attacks everyone involved, and tries to rewrite the record. Notice the pattern. Every investigative outlet that contradicts him becomes “fake,” “hating,” or “owes him an apology.”

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.
