I use the “one does not simply walk into Mordor” meme all the time because I am a nerd and raised on LOTR and married to a die hard LOTR fanatic and then to have Sean Bean ACTUALLY THERE at my first BAFTA party, I am just processing the irony of it 😅

When I am doing internal ethnography, I usually run a series of level setting questions to get to the person as a whole: “How would you describe your role to someone joining your team on their first day? What are your goals for 2026? What are you most excited about? What takes you the most time?”

It’s funny: the first Highlight group in my Instagram (same name) is Pokémon. But it’s been there for 5 years, since I got really proud of some Pikachu snowmen I made & realized half my Reels were Pokémon related.

There are a ton of them there & then 9/10 of the way through ✨something changes✨ 😇

Few things are more humbling by having your ass kicked by 20 deep one legged plies at the physical therapist at 9AM and being like “yeah well there’s my heart rate spiking workout for the day”

So we started playing this game on my stream this Sunday and I’m kind of obsessed - 30 Birds. It is GORGEOUS and they had me laughing in the first 10 minutes.

We are all way past normal cognitive load in ways no one wants to discuss. Like, I donated to some G*za fundraisers and now get way more personal appeals than I can comprehend because my email was shared without my consent and it’s too much on a daily basis but can’t complain as they have it worse

As someone who spent decades doing improv comedy, writing is a bit agonizing. Year+ of work with no real-time feedback & even when you release there’s this wait to see if it resonates with everyone. Things ARE crazy. But your opinion about the things you DO like determines what thrives in market.

But my experience was a full radical hysterectomy saphlingo oophrectomy because the cancer risks were too high to leave anything in after my ovaries malfunctioned. YMMV if you’re not going scorched earth

The biggest issue was the temperature regulation, and I didn’t get the loss of migraines I was promised. Honestly the benefits outweighed the harms. I struggled with hormones though because pills have a cancer risk but I rejected patches and other delivery methods due to EDS issues.
