yeah this is what I did. run emudeck, use SRM to add ESDE (and the emulators directly, just in case) as non steam games in gaming mode

a third act or epilogue where you got to see solid snake infiltrate outer heaven would probably escalate it to one of the best games ever

I don't really have anything else to say about mgsv that hasn't been said a million times over the last ten years. the best gameplay in the series let down by having a filler story that doesn't really have anything to do with the other games despite meaning to bridge peace walker and mg1

if I were designing the optional mission tasks for mgsv I would probably not make multiple "listen to all the conversations" ones that highlight how flimsy the npc scripting is and break immersion by showing the imperfections in a game that otherwise could have passed as nearly flawless mechanically

not that I have a reason to but I would not 100% this game again, S ranks were easy but some of the mission tasks are asinine and I don't know how you'd figure them all out without a guide

or if I was forced to I'd be way more diligent with putting down capture cages on every deployment

this ended up being a lie

by circumstances I don't know, it's possible to have an animal's name and icon filled in in the encyclopedia but not have its picture and bio, so you have to capture it (again?) for it to count

On Monday, Yacht Club Games delayed the much-anticipated upcoming game Mina the Hollower.

On Tuesday, I visited their studio and saw the game. It made for a rare glimpse at why a video game gets delayed and what "polish" actually means.
