AFAIK pure AI-art can not be copyrighted since it is lacking human authorship. Of course If a human artist maybe drew it initially and they only used AI to create icons - different thing. But pure prompting at least carries a high risk of the result not being eligible for copyright (but IANAL)

Wouldn't that mean they don't own / can't copyright their own Logo? I get using AI for something quick and non-essential. But company-logo? In a company that should have artists in it? That'd be weird.

Most likely they've (additionally) been fed all the social-media and youtube clips in existence and there's plenty of channels that provide footage like this. AI is probably also very good in recreating dashboard-cam vids. ^^

Kommt drauf an, was du meinst. Das Foto ist "echt" (und alt und von einem völlig anderem Ereignis) und inzwischen zu einem Meme geworden. Aber wenn du meinst: "Hat Dom wirklich nach dem 4. Kaffee einen Regionalexpress zerlegt", dann selbstverständlich nicht.

Ich bin fassungslos und zittere noch am ganzen Körper. Ich wollte nur im Regio von Hamburg nach München fahren. Plötzlich stieg Dom Schott ein, schrie "ES IST DER 4. KAFFEE, LEUTE!" und schlug alles kurz und klein.

Hm, would have expected there IS some sort of minimal distance for noise and security. So, maybe you're right. Would have to be very few houses I'd still guess or there would be more (mostly false) reports.

Probably, but how close to an airport are the nearest settlements that could report and still be included? If these include citizen reports I'd expect them to be higher.

Would frightened citizens report to DFS? Does that really show up in those numbers? I remember reading that these are cases where drones showed up within a certain small-ish radius of an airport and/or impedet airtravel. Not sure if many citizen-reportings are in these numbers.
