Both Empire and Jedi sold almost half as many tickets as Star Wars ‘77, and few knew or cared back then. They were still massive hits. If that happened now, the YouTube grifters would be screaming about how they all “flopped” with the world’s most annoying thumbnails.

I’m not an ardent TROS hater at all, I still put it above AOTC, but the rest is basically correct. Believe me, I have seen some cringey SW rankings on social media, and this is not one of them.
haven’t seen ROS or Solo but this seems like a pretty ball-knowing list from Pritzker, particularly if he volunteered the name “Star Wars” rather than “A New Hope”

Sadly, this is 100% true. As a Gen Xer, I deluded myself for years into thinking differently, but when presented with a choice in the MAGA era, most of my peers showed their true colors.

This Avengers: Doomsday “leak” would be more convincing if they didn’t put Halle in a Party City costume from 1998. 🙄 Like girl, at least the other ones put in some effort.

When we have Pride days at Disneyland, it’s just to hang out with fellow queers. When Goths have their day, it’s to hang out with fellow Goths. When MAGA “takes over” Disneyland, it’s to “trigger the libs.” They crave confrontations. They’re all junior high bullies who never grew out of that phase.

There’s a “leak” of the X-Men together in Avengers: Doomsday floating about that’s obviously AI, but it pisses me off that Rebecca Romijn as Mystique looks so good in it, and she almost certainly won’t look as good in the final film. It’s very much this version ⬇️
