Soup of the Day 7/100! Today's soup is Kaleh Pacheh, an Iranian breakfast soup! The dish features a whole sheep's head, but I did a single serving. This soup was super fun to research, all of the recipes I looked at focused on how to ethically source and prepare meats.

❤️ Me too!! I hope the letter carriers get what they deserve, Canada Post is absolutely horrible to them. My dad retired like 8 years ago and he's STILL getting union grievance letters in his favour he filed back then. I hope you sell out and have to reorder, they're so cool!! ☺️

Back at my bench babyyyyyy, god it feels SO good. Commissions and craft fair prep goooooo!

Soup of the Day 6/100: Yokohama style ramen! I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed the broth got lost in the bowl of this one, because this style of ramen is all about the broth! It's a combo of shoyu and tonkatsu broths, and characterized by thicker noodles!

So I've been making a lot of other culture's food (and I will have a new soup today!) but I was laying in bed like how could I make something that reflects my culture and so long story short I'm sculpting boiled dinner with salt beef. Lot of neutral colours, that.
