Man, going through the wiki for Guild Wars (and a separate wiki people use for builds) is reminding me that the rest of the industry needs to get it's shit together. No game comes close to this level of build flexibility. And why is this the only game that splits PvE and PvP stats for abilities?

Fun fact: I've never really played any of the 'normal' Dragon's Dogma games. Only like an hour of Dark Arisen, that's about it. Probably should do that, I've heard they're good.

Tomorrow is a "to be decided" day, and I've decided that we're gonna play some Dragon's Dogma Online on the stream!

Got some good grinding done, many monkeys were punched, fought a huge catgirl (and now have her in our party), then died twice to an angry sabertooth boss in Escha Zi'tah that immediately upon being spawned hits you with petrify. And because of that, trusts won't activate. Yay good mechanics 🙃

Damn. Honestly forgot how hard Guild Wars was in general, and how frustrating it can be at times. Complete lack of any real proper 'aggro' system combined with being pretty punishing on death (15% reduced max HP & energy per death) can just fuck things up fast.

Oh shit Alchemist is able to be taken as a class as soon as you beat the tutorial. That's the only class I knew about for DDO and half the reason I wanted to play. Fucking magic earth monk thing with crazy movement stuff.

Brain wants a break from the main games I've been playing lately (FFXI and Guild Wars) while offstream, so gonna install and take a look at that Dragons Dogma Online private server. Also DDO wasn't in the list of MMOs I had in the spreadsheet so on it goes.

Think we'll call off tomorrows stream. Throat still hurts a bunch, especially when speaking, so streaming would probably be not ideal. It's been a real issue the past week, after some bad coughing on stream. We'll be back on Tuesday, hopefully with voice feeling better.
