So, having increased its spending on various Board members and senior management by 40% last year, the WRU finds ever more inventory to spend on itself.

Hang on I'm confused over the Etzebeth situation. The graphic lists the specific games he's banned for being all Sharks games (fine).
But WoL report that the Sharks cut him from the team for Europe, so surely any and all EUro games shouldn't count as he's ineligible?
