I uploaded my illustration to X, I can't help but peek,the quality of misogynistic,hate,and bigotery that Viv haters have against her is insane,they cross the line, they shouldn't have a platform, less videos with 1 million of views on YT,and that's my problem with YT to, it allows harassment,

This! The whole entire POINT of looking at reference is to get a real idea of what something ACTUALLY looks like, so you can stylize and interpret it! Looking at a statistical average spat out by an LLM with god knows what in the dataset is NOT the same as observing reality!
The thing that makes me insane about this and Vincke’s comments is why would you trust AI to make a reference? They’re notoriously bad at doing that and produce banal results! Go buy some art books, they’re great. How is it empowering concept artists to have them not do that?

Bluntly, Section 230 is almost literally the law that the entire internet rests upon, it makes it possible for user generated content to exist on the internet, it’s incredibly important, and genuinely we must defend it at all costs. This place literally would not exist without it.

So weird things are taken as a personal offense on the internet,let people express their distress or feelings about something,other people's voiced feelings or impressions was not made to hurt you by bothering you.Policing what people may or may not feel is so unnecessary.
