Had an SEO nightmare come to life : client had their email person change all the title & description tags because Shopify's SEO app "scored" them as low. I don't use a focus keyword and I don't follow arbitrary character counts but use pixel width.
What did they change them to? The product name.

AI Overviews and AI Mode frequently show the wrong international version of a page, if the content is written in the same language (eg US/UK/AU/IN English)

I find when I am having to fix a script or modify it for new functionality that I often review my code and wonder who wrote it. I rarely remember my own thought processes and commenting my own code would be too akin to talking to myself. I generally just leave comments insulting my future me.
