Hmmm. We are rescheduling at his request. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Have been single since 2021. First date since the breakup is tonight. I’m not panicking. Of course not.

ICE are abducting toddlers and using them as bait. They murdered a mother of 3 and executed a VA ICU nurse. They're beating, pepper spraying, and gassing US citizens protesting their actions.

When is it enough? This needs to end immediately.

Walz: "It's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of our state, and today that campaigned claimed another life. I've seen the video from several angles and it's sickening. But I have a strong statement here for our federal govt: Minnesota's justice system will have the last word."

All of this is fucking senseless. Minnesota did not have an immigration problem. Trump sent his Nazi thugs here because he's racist against Somali people and to own libs like Tim Walz. Now two Minnesotans are dead and Minneapolis is on the verge of going up in flames. None. Of. This. Was. Necessary.

I’m late, as usual, putting Christmas away. Partly because there’s so much to put away, but also because the house feels more cozy with Christmas decorations. It just does.

It’s nice to hear a dementia professional tell me I’m doing the right things and doing well with being a caregiver. Doesn’t happen often.

The legendary David Bowie died 10 years ago today. 🤍

A look back at ‘Blackstar,’ his final masterpiece released two days earlier…
David Bowie's 'Blackstar' Turns 10
When I awoke that Sunday morning, I was so confused. My wife, not much of a music fan, mentioned she’d just read some news about David Bowie. I replied something along the lines of, “Yeah, he just rel...

This is an occupying force.
A woman recording an ICE agent tells him "Shame on you."

The agent responds, "Have you all not learned from the past couple of days?"

"Learned what?" she asks

Then he knocks her phone out of her hand

A CBS News staffer told me this after Tony Dokoupil kicked off his CBS Evening News tenure tonight with a lengthy Pete Hegseth interview:

"If this is what Bari and Tony’s CBS Evening News is going to look like, then the we may as well just call ourselves Trump Administration State TV. Pathetic."

I know that words can change when it comes to colloquial meaning and use, but I don’t like the change with “aesthetic”. Something isn’t “aesthetic”, it’s “aesthetically pleasing”. I’ve been trying to not be irritated by this change, but it’s not growing on me like I thought it would.

We finally have a winter storm in downtown Buffalo! Conditions are not great but we can handle it and the roads are good.

A travel advisory is in effect for all of Erie County. No unnecessary travel is recommended and if you must travel please make sure you have a winter survival kit in your car.

Why is it a thing on dating apps to be asked to chat on WhatsApp instead? I don’t understand why we can’t just text since I need your number for WhatsApp anyway.
