This is a beautiful thread. Many thanks for sharing it.
A few days ago, I stood in the graveyard of an 1100 year old church, getting damper and damper in the drizzling rain.

A woman walked into the graveyard, waved, said hello, and, as we had previously arranged, handed me a paper bag full of human bones.

The life of a churchwarden is a strange one...

The air is much warmer today, but there is still enough ice on the canal for some ballet practice in shaded places.

I walked past Stephen Fry in Soho one day. Thought, what a well-cut suit and coat, nice shoes. It was probably 10 mins before I realised who it had been.
Please quote this with the time you didn’t interact with someone famous - eg one time I was in Cardiff the same weekend as Willem Dafoe (but I didn’t see him or even know he was there until he appeared on the telly later)
Please quote this with your major interactions with massive celebrities. eg “I was married to the pope for fifteen years”

Carol of the Bells in #
Kyiv subway.

Voices of the Embassies of Germany, France, and the United Kingdom came together to perform Shchedryk in the Kyiv metro as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine.

Thankful to everyone who stands with us!

What shocks me more is how politely politics continues to look away from the person who drove the bus.
