All public sector workers had wage restraint for the 14 years of the Tory Gov, all our wages are worth thousands of pounds less than the would have been with inflation rises. We all had our pensions changed too but we didn’t all get a massive pay rise last year and we aren’t all striking now.

So do many other groups of workers, such as teachers, the police, social workers etc. With all the other important demands on government funding, this cannot be implemented fully in a short period. Doctors have been treated generously - they now look simply greedy.

That’s shocking. So this was their plan all along. Scum of the earth planning it like that.
As far as I can see the government have tried everything to stop it but as you’ve pointed out they were never going to accept anything else,just strike regardless.

I find it incredible that the U.S. Gov say Europe is facing “civilisational erasure” while there’s regular mass shootings (in schools, shopping malls etc) and absolutely no intention within the Trump regime to stop it.
That is wanton “civilisational erasure”.
