See the abuse that Thelwell and Stewart are getting in hotels and airports: Why are they even in the travelling party? I mean what role can they possibly have on an away trip? Or can they just not pass up the opportunity for a jolly on the company credit card?

I think watching us last night was the first time I haven’t been worked up or angry watching us fuck up this season - Just completely disengaged watching it all inevitably unfold - We’ve got such a long way back to even get to the levels we reached under Beale and Clement

Here's the case that remains for Chermiti: He's the only player in the squad with the physical attributes of an EPL forward and he's young enough to command a large fee. If he starts scoring goals he won't be hard to shift for a profit. That's the rationale - I accept the goals part is a big "IF"
