So glad we’re persisting with fascism dot com for these outstanding interaction numbers. On the wrong side of history, but it’s so worth it for 3 comments 🙌🏻

FAO Scotland fans.

About three-quarters of tickets for Haiti & Morocco games will be Category 1 (most expensive).

Hardly any Category 3 (least expensive) seats at all, and Cat 4 is a joke.
Boston the same. Affordable tickets do not exist.

You need to get a magnifying glass if you’re searching for cat 4.

This is spot on.

Doesn't matter how hard the squad works if players make elementary mistakes to let the opposition score.

Rohl's got a near-impossible defensive situation for next 3+weeks with just Fernandez, Tav, Sterling & Nsiala at CB.

We need Souttar back ASAP, definitely for Celtic game.
Danny Rohl was 'very angry' about the goals that Rangers conceded in their defeat to Ferencvaros.

Rohl also addressed the injury to Bojan Miovski and rumours of Villarreal's interest in Djeidi Gassama.

Tartan Army, ask for cash for Christmas and get saving. Here’s your World Cup price list…

FIFA's World Cup ticket prices are a betrayal to the most dedicated fans. At least $6900 to support your team from the first match to the final - nearly 5 times more than in Qatar.

FSE calls for the immediate halt to ticket sales.

FIFA would have to move the World Cup - just make it Canada & Mexico with a big gap in-between - if this proposal was actually enacted. Seems completely unworkable and hugely costly & damaging to US tourism.

I can't see it happening (perhaps wishful thinking as I've already booked flights).

It should be noted that they are going to do this before the tickets to the World Cup are booked.

This is going to be a disaster for the ages.

As Trump and Infantino work the red carpet, bragging about setting records for ticket prices.
(video below)

Lets break down what “record prices" really mean for football fans and host countries.

An important thread.

The promised $60 tickets a lie.

In fact the lowest priced category tickets at most stadiums are non-existent.

Seat plans below show the lack of affordable tickets.

If anyone argues with you that sport is not political, you should roll out this remarkable statistic, from Simon Kuper's piece about the 2010 World Cup in the latest issue of @theblizzard.bsky.social. The legacy of apartheid was still visible in the bodies of South African footballers decades later.

Booked my flights to NYC this evening, where I'll be based for our first two games v Haiti and v Morocco, hopefully 1st is in NY, but both will be nearby anyway!

Worked out a couple of World Cup draw sure things from a Scottish angle.
If Sco land in Pot A, it is already predetermined they will play Mexico at Azteca in Mexico City in the official opener.
Then they would be guaranteed to go to Atlanta & Monterrey in that order for their next games.

Aribo - hardly playing for Southampton and his contract is up in June - aye would definitely take him back!

Kenny McLean - I've been saying for ages we need his influence in the dressing room & ability to dictate the tempo of a game. Get it done Rangers!
Shopping list Part 2

Doig - yes please and we desperately need a LB.
McKenna - yes please but he was available for free and we didn't go for him then.
Gogic no thanks.
Patterson - absolutely but is he ever fit?

Above all else we need a striker!

We absolutely deserved to win that game, 32 shots on goal, xG of 4.27, by miles the most chances we have made all season. Much better in that sense.

But we have two laughably bad strikers who we've spent £3m and £8m(!) on who cannae score a tap-in. Miovski and Chermiti are embarrassingly bad.
We don’t deserve the point here and it’s not enough - But it’s better than a defeat - Sick of watching this shit every week - If they shift 25 players out in January it won’t be enough
