I mean your first & second point already happened under Biden, the images below are from Biden's time in office. And Israel's plans to demolish Gaza and ethnically cleanse the region were leaked in 2023. Not sure if your American news outlets covered any of that or not?

It's hard to quantify.

If OpenAI were to falter, SoftBank would likely become insolvent.

That single insolvency from SoftBank could be enough to create a worst-case-scenario that was feared in 2008 w/ a seizing up of the Global Economy due to the nature of the Eurodollar System / Shadow Banks.

So, how fucked are we when the AI bubble inevitably bursts?
"The AI bubble is the only thing keeping the US economy together," Deutsche Bank has said per TechSpot.

This is why I am dumbfounded by people saying all Hamas has to do is return the hostages and the war will end. Israeli government and military spokespeople have repeatedly said to Israeli media that as soon as they get the hostages back they'll let in a bit of aid and get straight back to the war.

Nigel Farage accuses teachers of "poisoning our kids" on race issues.

Here's a reminder of what teachers and fellow pupils at Farage's own school remember of his own views on that subject.

This would be an excellent point for Zack Polanski to bring up tonight on Question Time if Zia Yusuf brings up the topic of dangerous language against Reform

It is pretty galling that the Supreme Court spent four years telling Biden "you can't do that without Congress" then allowed Trump to seize a once-unthinkable amount of power from Congress within nine months and concentrate law-making authority almost entirely in the executive branch.

Well pet, Labour are currently in charge with a massive majority, they can do as they please and poll after poll has shown that they're losing loads of voters to the Lib Dems and Greens. You can't just say to those people who have left "vote Labour or else", Labour have years to get them back & more
glennhowards.bsky.social
Well here's an idea pet, Labour can stop trying to win over Reform voters who will never vote for them and try to win over all the voters who have jumped ship to the Lib Dems and Greens and try to beat Reform rather than become them! Maybe if you engaged your brain you'd get in contact with Labour 😊

the latest effort to try to find the switch to turn off liberalism (also these people hate the idea of a free society)

President Donald Trump's threatened crackdown on the finances and activities of liberal non-profits and groups opposed to his agenda is a multi-agency effort with top White House aide Stephen Miller playing a central role, according to officials.

ICE is targeting kids.

“The idea that masked men would now go to 14-year-olds and ask them to waive their rights to return to the countries that they fled is shocking.”

Yusuf is going to bring up "dangerous language" against reform, so he needs to be rebuttled with Reforms celebration of Lucy Connoly and subsequent hotel fires & Reform Councillors being arrested including threats to Starmer. Also Reforms DOGE has been a failure! m.youtube.com/watch?v=SonH...

Nope 2000 was the supreme court however much the Dems may complain. 2016 came about from poor campaigning in key battleground states & American public wanting something different from Obama's neoliberalism & saw Clinton as a continuation of that, she failed to turn enough independents into Dem votes
glennhowards.bsky.social
Exactly, which is why I stated above they have zero electoral impact, they're a waste of time.

@sassybluesgirl.bsky.social Hi Susan, this is about the British Green Party. Here's a map of the world so you can see that the United Kingdom and the United States are in fact 2 seperate countries.
glennhowards.bsky.social
How will a British leftwing political party focusing on elections in the United Kingdom, help the American Republican Party to stay in power? I look forward to your reply!
glennhowards.bsky.social
Hilarious how you yanks still think your green party have any electoral impact. Gore didn't lose because of Nader, that was the supreme court. Clinton didn't lose because of Stein, that was your ridiculous electoral college. Harris lost the popular vote &EC & many demographics, not because of greens

My gosh. After the US bombed multiple boats in the middle of the ocean, murdering people on grounds that they were allegedly "carrying drugs," the US Attorney General says "Just like we did with cartels, we're going to take the same approach, President Trump, with Antifa."
