EPA set to reapprove #dicamba — previously banned by courts. The EPA has approved dicamba twice before (for over-the-top use on #GMO dicamba-tolerant crops), and both times federal courts vacated those approvals, saying the risk of drift and harm to neighboring farms and gardens was too great.
