VICTORY! A bill was just signed into law to expand access to nondairy milk options for students!

Under current law, students are only guaranteed a substitute for cow’s milk if a parent submits a doctor’s note documenting a disability.

This week, the House Appropriations Committee removed a provision from its spending bill that would have given pesticide manufacturers legal immunity from lawsuits claiming their products harmed people.
