I'm Jewish. I'm also Mancunian.

Every other national party leader was interviewed by Laura Kunesberg during their conference.

Maybe the BBC thought as someone who also supports Palestine - I had nothing to say?

Mandelson was architect of 2nd State visit for Trump. That visit should not happen. It is sickening to confer special UK honour on Mandelson's fellow Epstein acolyte who is a dangerous autocrat, banning books, militarising police & destroying democratic freedoms.

Labour say: “Zack Polanski doesn’t have a plan for serious times.”

This, from the party of:
– The two child benefit cap
– Cuts for disabled people
– Arming genocidal regimes

They're terrified of @greenparty.org.uk as we're not bought off by the super rich.

Nigel Farage is the biggest charlatan in British political history.

And here's what his constitutents in Clacton really think:

As to your point about the local, I’m very into landscapes or ecosystems, particularly where these cross national borders, as new sources of macro identity that transcend the nation. But they come with their own dangers (e.g Lega Nord’s Padania)

Beautiful, as always, Ben. The point of dramaturgies of change is that you often have to lean into dominant symbols even if your ultimate aim is to challenge or undermine them. But I don’t think Starmer does that. He doesn’t try to reinterpret. Just goes for nationalism light

And yet when the theory is transferred to fields like sustainability, much of the complexity of lived religion theory is lost. People have worldviews which are either problematic or positive
