❗️BREAKING | Hamas says the Israeli airstrike on the Ghaboun family home in western Gaza, which killed and wounded over 70 civilians, is a new massacre aimed at derailing mediation efforts and obstructing the ceasefire agreement. The movement calls on mediators and the US to condemn the attack and act immediately to stop Israel’s assaults on civilians.

Israel’s prime minister’s office unilaterally removed Marwan Barghouti’s name from the prisoner exchange list at the last minute, despite it having already been approved by mediators, including US envoy Steve Witkoff, sources told Middle East Eye (MEE). Barghouti, a senior Fatah leader, widely considered the most popular Palestinian political figure, was one of the most high-profile detainees expected to be traded for 48 Israeli captives under the first phase of the ceasefire deal.
