Went in w/ a sore lower back and traps from Sunday so I emphasized the mid/lat area + bi’s. Exceeded some goals😊
Also I’ve been doing better w/ my steps but falling short of the goal(forgot 1 day & didn’t get as many grocery shopping as I planned & didn’t add on after)👎🏽
