Since Star Rupture is newer it might be more beneficial to try it in the summer or late spring. Ima keep an eye on their updates.

Once u go a long time(months?) without getting your heart rate up over 150 it starts to sound even more of a task. If u don’t wanna commit to regular full workouts then at least do a jog/walk interval for 10min in the sun once a week to help your heart push all that saturated fat out the way 😩💪🏽
