Today I learned that in CRT tvs the tube has to be able to contain x-rays. This is done by making the glass out of a lead-glass in the back of the tube, and the front being a mixture of strontium and barium glass. Lead isn't used for the face because it browns as it interacts with x-rays.

The regime has control of the Epstein files. They may suck at that control, but they do have control of them. Currently the files are acting as a distraction from how a war in the region of Venezuela (they appear to have screwed the pooch on direct war) enables the use of the alien enemies act.

It feels like their is an approach to each thing this regime does as isolated things, or about a singular issue. It has to be more than that. I'd rather beat an idiot thinking their a genius than lose to someone mediocre because I underestimate them.

He doesn't want a peaceful transfer of power. It's about trying to start a war with the country he was just told he needs to be at war with to make use of the Alien Enemies Act valid. The oil is a given either way. Chaos in media, and making it harder to track it all is a bonus.

I would imagine the tragic thing of a dying person is not that so many are about to lose 1, but that 1 is about to lose everyone
