@devincow.bsky.social It's past time for Congress and the courts to clarify that the White House does not belong to Donald Trump but to ALL of us, after he illegally destroyed part of it and continues to push for "his" ballroom to be built bigger and bigger. enewspaper.latimes.com/infinity/art...

Is the LA Times pandering to Donald Trump when it bemoans Paramount's failure to "own the news" and take over CNN after just swallowing CBS with Trump's help? Quoting critics of Netflix in LA Times headlines definitely makes it look like it. enewspaper.latimes.com/infinity/art...

Donald Trump just played himself in the next SNL skit,
How to buy yourself a needy malignant narcissist? Just offer him a phony, made up "Peace Prize" & he's all your's!!!
No need for a formal ceremony as he'll snatch from the box & put it on all by himself. Both laughably pathetic AND pathetically laughable. 🤡 🫣

Congress still has the power of the purse and the power to declare war. Donald Trump is stealing American taxpayer assets, taking bribes for himself, enabling war crimes, and so far getting away with it.

@devincow.bsky.social He'd lower grocery prices on Day 1, stop the Russian/Ukrainian War on Day 1, go only after violent criminal immigrants and release the Epstein files, but he lied about everything - always did, always will.

Most of the truth may eventually come out but 100% this guy is getting the full Ghislaine Maxwell treatment, and any mentions of Donald Trump will be carefully curated and sanitized.

Clearly Pete Hegseth is afraid to congratulate Donald Drumpf, the guy who actually directed the September 2 combat decisions.
If Admiral Bradley didn’t realize before that these cowards were setting him up to take the fall, he knows it now. Time to hire a good lawyer.

Not discussed enough but the whole charade seemed to be mainly about stealing and consolidating the personal data of as many Americans as possible, and that will of course be used by Donald Trump to personally benefit himself.

Why POC collectively hold our breath when there’s a mass shooting or high profile crime before the suspect is even identified:

• Afghan man shoots a National Guard member:
With zero knowledge of the background or motive, the right screams that Muslims are terrorists and must be deported.

This is an example of what every American political figure's Thanksgiving message should be. Like everything else Donald Trump does, his Thanksgiving message is an example of what not to do.
Happy thanksgiving everyone! Quite a bit to be grateful for… and even more to come!

Donald Trump made a huge issue about George Bush NOT keeping Americans safe because the 9/11 terrorist attack happened under his watch.
While the right lose their goddamn minds about a lone wolf doing something horrendous in DC today, let’s not forget that last week in the White House they all gushed over a genocidal, journalist murdering tyrant whose country financed 9/11.

Sending the National Guard to American cities to intimidate and provoke residents is 100% political and has nothing to do with crime. Homeland Security's mission is to PROTECT Americans not POLICE them, and on Donald Trump's watch Americans are clearly not being protected from foreign terrorists.

@devincow.bsky.social Why are some people trying to politicize a foreign terrorist attack on Donald Trump's watch?

Falsely labeling as criminals any non-violent American "someone" else doesn't agree with for exercising their 1st Amendment rights is right up there with falsely labeling non-violent immigrants as violent criminals who eat your pets for lunch.
I guess it’s a good thing we were so concerned about the right to speak our opinions being outlawed by a ruling class that we guaranteed it by making it the very first amendment in our Bill of Rights when we formed the country.
