My guess is he didn't use a Nintendo controller/Steam Input?

Very disappointed in this launch so far. Mark softlocks my game, opening the logbook map causes the game to bug out and not display the map yet I can still make menu selections (I somehow returned to the hub while trying to kill enemies?!)? All of a sudden enemies don't hurt me, I can't hurt them and I can't interact with anything. Reinstalling and verifying game files does nothing. Is this a joke?

Thank you for the information, the issue seems to lie with a problem with the Stream Input implementation with using a wired Nintendo Switch controller. We are investigating a solution but disabling Steam
Input and connect via Bluetooth should resolve your issue

I suppose that makes sense, it's just unfortunate that GDQ feels more and more US centric despite how it gets a lot of views and donations from overseas. I want it to feel like a global event that tries to make it as easy as possible for anyone to join physically with the means to do so.

Have you considered moving GDQ elsewhere given the political climate that the US is in? I would love to fly there and watch one day but I don't feel safe with TSA's bad handling of foreign visitors, especially when it comes to LGBTQ groups. Wouldn't Canada be a safer option for everyone involved?
