Waste/Toxin removal. Water is the best solvent to enable the removal and breakdown of any build up of bad things in your body.

However, drinking it from a plastic bottle enables the build up of microplastics instead. Polluted water is worse. So, pick your source of water carefully.

… is that I’ve formed a belief that I have to meet a certain standard, set by myself on the expectations of others (which may or may not exist), and that I’ve found that standard/expectation to be crushing me.

I’ve felt my own art becomes stale, rigid, formulaic, and it bothers me so much.

If you’re confused about the hang up, and why I struggle with it, the answer isn’t a simple one.

It’s a multi-layered cake of traumas and escapism, mixed with all sorts of other issues that just cripple my ability to just accept whatever is produced as “acceptable”.

I want to apologise to anyone who made a request to commission using my Google Forms.

While there were plenty of great ideas out there, I’m still finding myself in a headspace that makes it difficult to do work for others on a commission basis.

No money ever exchanged hands, so… one less worry.

I do see a common thread between artists that do this is ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety.

While not all artists fall into this, I want to point out that the ones that do are KEENLY aware it wasn’t a donation, that they are overwhelmed with work, and money driven society makes it impossible to stop.

You know, I’ve always been a fan of characters with scars, but every scar should have a story.

If I see a character with unrealistic scarring (like giant marks that look superficial) it look silly to me instead.

Do your characters have body markings/scarring that tell a story?
