Right @teresaribera.ec.europa.eu , I haven’t any doubt about what Europe is able to achieve. However, I’m not sure that Europeans are willing to see it or ready to assume EU’s mission to become the sole democratic powerhouse in front of an agressive Russia, a hostile America and an ambiguous China.
