If Starmer/Labour is forced out you can kiss goodbye to:

Improved NHS
Better pay
Reducing mortgages
Protected rents
Improved towns
More funding for Police, hospitals and schools
Better Start Centres
Rejoining the EU

Don’t tell me in a couple of years you didn’t realise.

@johnharris1969.bsky.social Hi John, hope you’re well. Just wanted to let you know the woman we spoke to about her housing - needing a 3 bed due to family and illness - has now got the place she wanted in Guildford. Took a while but doubtless the spotlight helped her. Cheers!

Labour are doing so much good stuff, but the BBC etc is all Starmer is in trouble 🤷🏻
Labour have secured a record breaking 8.4GW of additional offshore wind capacity.

The auction is the biggest in European history, with long term prices secured at about 20% lower than the maximum.

The sites, off England, Scotland and Wales, are enough to power 12 million homes!

Eighteen months after this BBC story, we finally had two HMOs refused at the planning committee this past Wednesday. It’s a great relief to residents who were feeling under siege. HMOs are fine but they don’t all have to be in the same few streets in Guildford.

Shameful.
The sheer scale of media outrage this week about plans to lift hundreds of thousands children out of poverty, by taxing millionaire homeowners, tells you everything you need to know about the real priorities of the British press

When the worst thing you can come up with about a government is swift bricks I think we can honestly say there has been a sea change over the last 12 months.
Considering the poor decisions that have been taken these are incredibly good. Lots of easy decisions have been slow or wrong. Making swift bricks mandatory was an easy choice to make with no downsides but the government have chosen not to.
