Also, I know people say “the internet is not real life” or whatever but on the Spirit’s post on IG right after the final, the overwhelming majority of the comments were supportive of the team and the players and expressing pride in the group. That says a lot in and of itself.

I took the plunge with the @heyspirits.bsky.social group therapy session this morning and just like others on here have said, this was such a special team and one result in a final doesn't change how fun the season was as a whole. I back the coach and players to get us there again.

SD needs to establish the run early and maybe do some play action to get Dreyer in a rhythm through the air
Compared to what we've had in the past here at Snapdragon, this isn't the worst, but we'll still have some college football lines here for SDFC v Minnesota

These will all be bangers btw and again, the NCAA just doesn’t know what it has with this tournament. Tons of eyeballs need to be on these!
So with Stanford now 4-0 up on BYU, the quarterfinals are all but set:
(3) FSU vs Ohio St
(1) Vanderbilt vs (2) TCU
(1) Stanford** vs (2) Michigan St (provided they hang on to their lead)

I knew the Kysha news was likely given the international spots and the fact that she was on loan here, but that doesn’t mean I like it any more. Every time we needed her to step up and fill in at CB she did.

My dad facetimed me from London right after that went in but I really thought TCU weren’t gonna get that corner off. Heels had stifled them for 89 minutes and 56 seconds but all it took was Fuller being unmarked at the back post. If you aren’t watching this tournament, reevaluate your life choices.
