This raises a question for @nogodsnomayors.com and @postoctobrist.bsky.social: if the Mayor of New York has a sanitation department zip jacket, is he also entitled to wear DSNY dress uniform?
One of the hardest things to do is bring campaign-level communications to the work of governance, and snowstorms are notoriously one of the biggest litmus tests that less-engaged voters use to judge mayoral administrations. This is an excellent way to communicate.

Just got my hands on this beautiful poetry comic by @chrissywilliams.bsky.social and @tomhumberstone.com. It's wonderfully written and illustrated and it's an artifact that cries out to be treasured and studied thanks to the way the art engages with it's printing process.
