It's necessary to translate tutorials, lore, or detailed rules in modern games.
(but "READY!" should not be translated...)
Literal translation is not always the right way for localization.

We used simple English, such as "HIGH SCORE", "START GAME", because early PCBs did not have enough memory to store Japanese glyphs.
Such irresponsible "localizations" ruin the atmosphere of the early arcade games.

This performance really captures what made Anthony Jackson so special to me. The way he effortlessly moves between support and lead playing. Deep in the pocket while still playing melody and harmony. His solo around 4:50 is so tasty it deserves a Michelin star.
