I love all the nurses and HCAs I work with
Met a couple of nurses at a non-healthcare conference this wkend. I told them many of us are appalled at what they face & that we see and support them. The moral injury is real. They said it was good to hear, as they don't always feel that public support. That appreciation matters right now. #ABpoli

Happened to speak to a peds nurse this wknd who said lots of 5-10 year experienced nurses are leaving the profession. If the current state is driving them out with burnout, how can 'dual pay'—which competes for the same scarce staff—possibly help? It will only speed up the public system's decline.
