This puts the onus where it shd be, on AB as a member of a community of provinces, to secure its neighbour's approval -rather than on the feds
And BTW the "on board" (aka consent) approach shd also apply to Indigenous nations along any possible pipeline & terminus/tanker route.

Today I proved a moi that I can still effect the most basic bicycle repair: a puncture.
1st attempt: patch the leak. 4 patches! no success
2nd acquire new tubes.
3rd re-acquire tubes with a valve that fits!
4th effect repair
5th success
Biggest problem? trying to jam the tire back into the rim!

I'm proud of Werklund Centre, where I am on the board of directors for hosting this forum. It's welcome to Calgarians who would not normally find themselves in the Jack Singer Concert Hall. I hope they felt confortable, enjoyed a nice refreshment, and appreciated the space & venue.

The Premier of AB thinks that the feds have no power to act in the national interest when it comes to EIAs, GHG emissions & plastics, but that the feds have not just the power but the duty to afford AB access to BC's tidewater?
