When the entire staff of a publicly funded non for profit resigns on a matter of principle we must both applaud their bravery and stand in solidarity with their efforts to resist government interference.

I think that she is still a libertarian; but she is happy to use the levers of power to undermine social support structures including public education and health institutions to achieve the minimalist government that her libertarian base (and she herself) demands.

The International law commission (the US no longer believes in the codification and progressive development of international law).

Stephen Miller has completely renounced international law (among other "international niceties").
The only "laws" he mentions are the "iron laws" of strength, force and power - in other words back to the beginning of time when there were no laws and life was nasty, brutish and short.
