El rentismo inmobiliario es basura que sube los precios.

Esta señora reconoce que paga 950€ por un piso de 4 habitaciones y lo alquila por 1.600€. Una habitación que costaría 238€/mes acaba costando 400€/mes. Negocio para ella, dificultades para los inquilinos.
