At a time when disdain for the poor seems to be growing, those in power encourage women to become more vulnerable and less able to survive without a man. Look at the solutions in places where the unhoused are treated with dignity, and empower every woman to be able to take care of her own needs.

Since I created this in 2022, the number of homeless individuals has continued to rise. The fastest-growing demographic among the newly homeless is widowed women over the age of 61. Many struggle to afford rent, as their deceased husbands' Social Security benefits are insufficient.

Khanna: There were two rounds of redactions. There was the original FBI redactions… and they did a second round of redactions at the DOJ. What they’re showing members now is the unredacted version of the DOJ’s redactions—not the original FBI redactions. They’re in blatant violation of the law.
