I love my Tamagotchi club, but the danger of being part of a club for toys is that you run into a lot of naive, childlike adults who have no idea how to function IRL. Just had to make an announcement that the “free MacBook giveaway” Discord bots are fake, because somebody fell for it?? Like bro… 💀

After a week? 2 weeks? of holding myself back, finally banged on the ceiling again. That child up there has been acting ridiculous. I don’t want to have that dad think they can do whatever they want just because they’ll be “gone soon.” We still live beneath them.

I just had the best dream. There was a big shark swimming in the shallows of the water at the beach, but it wasn’t hurting anyone, and we just kept swimming. It was scratching its skin on the sandy bottom to get rid of parasites. I was taking so many pics. It was beautiful.

Looking up at a very bright star (planet?) and thinking about Samwise. How there is still light that the Shadow can’t ever touch. And then I see buds on a tree even though it’s 15 degrees, and remember that spring is coming soon, even though it doesn’t feel like it.

Glad I wore my lopi. It’s 9 degrees out and nannying family has the AC on. Cold air blowing from the vents. It’s 60 degrees in here. What is wrong with them.

Back to nannying. They didn’t plow my street parking spot or an extra spot for me in their driveway, so I’m going to have to leave my car in the middle of the road. They suck SO MUCH

There's somebody in one of my local FB groups that's begging for help getting her stuck car out of a snowbank. Even posted photos of said stuck car. Her license plate is a Gadsden flag though, so she hasn't gotten a single offer to assist. Oh well!

Spent the entirety of my therapy session talking about current events and Tolkien. My therapist was an incredibly good sport about it, and waited till the end to tell me that she has no idea what happens in Lord of the Rings.

Car’s all good, AND I got the ice off the roof. It came off in two (2) giant slabs??
Oof. Just realized that with all the snow clearing in our lot, my driver’s side door is now snowed in. Can’t wait to dig myself out with a rusty camp shovel, again 💀 BIG thanks to the guy who parks next to me!

There's this other queer person at temple who has the most amazing gender nonconforming outfits. When we sat together at luncheon after service, they said they loved my style and wanted to see me in my true vintage pieces. So now I'm inspired to Dress™️ on Sundays. For Buddha and the queers.
