I find football (soccer to some) horrendously unpleasant, but this is why I lift weights and walk to stay active, rather than standing outside the grounds of my nearest Premier League team screaming that they're gatekeeping me from football because they won't let me midfield using a Roomba.
If you find drawing "deeply unpleasant" then don't do it

I've been struggling a bit of late with *gestures vaguely at everything*.
Revisiting this book always causes me to take stock and breathe a little.
It's a bit like a comfort blanket when I get stuck and need a reset.
I'm working my way back through its pages through August and into the autumn.
