Yes if you have a food dehydrator- air drying seems to cause it to lose a lot of flavor but a faster drying in the dehydrator and then airtight storage helps

Already ate tonight's up (tortellini with pesto, tomatoes and peppers), but here's an earlier pesto pizza (my favorite way to eat pesto). I squirrel away pesto in the freezer all summer so I never run out in the winter.

I learned living in CO that there are strong and varying opinions about how to count 14er summits (53-58, some are grouped close together). As impressive as the pros are the local "amateurs" have set some mighty impressive records

Update: Uh, definitely pregnant: she had 3 kittens yesterday! Sorry I wasn't sent any pics yet. Really glad we trapped her in time so she had them at the shelter and they can all get adopted along with her once they are old enough.
