My other piping hot take is that a lot of men in the fitness and health food space have what are basically eating disorders that if women were displaying similar behaviours (and rightly so probably!) would have people concerned but they are given a pass for male authority figure reasons

The thing about the Joe Wicks protein bar is like yes if you purposefully put 100 bad ingredients into something it will be bad. It feels like me inventing cyanide gummies and being like wow they look me do this, what a world but the reality is we don’t sell cyanide gummies

No, it's not. It's all a lie. The blunt truth is across the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them.

Ethnicity is no barrier to Britishness - it's culture and integration.

That means 'smaller cohorts and aggressive integration policies' - and tackling the institutions that 'have amplified grievance narratives and radical anti-Western ideologies'.
