I have had the kind of day that could have tipped either way.
In the end,
happiness won.
Isn't that lovely?

Right folks,
if you want framed prints, large prints, mugs, cushions, t-shirts, phone cases, notebooks, or tote bags for Christmas, you've got until TOMORROW (Friday 12th Dec) to get your order in.

Welcome to day 11 of #LentoAdvent. Today's theme is

❄️ winter ⛄

Do you hide from or embrace winter? We love being outside on a cold day, with a flask of tea listening to the sound of the place without leaves on the trees to muffle the sound of the place.

Don't forget alt text on your photos.

Here's the sound of a pebble bouncing across a frozen lake at the Wetlands in January.

Sound ON!

£3.40 pence to send a card to the US, Canada or Ireland!
£1.70 for a first class stamp!

I can't get over it.

@terryb72.bsky.social I had no idea stamps were so madly expensive!

Emails all the way!

Delicate subject.
I have been working on healthier ways to communicate.

Trauma dumping is something I've definitely done.
This article is interesting and I think, helpful.

It also advises you how to handle when you've been trauma dumped on (with compassion)

Event went well.
I met some amazing people.
I can't wait to get in touch with them to see if we can work together!

I'm floored with fatigue since I got home, but I'm delighted I went.

Oh, and happy International Volunteers Day!

I have had a breakthrough with my hypnotherapy.
A lightbulb moment.
I can't wait to tell my hypnotherapist my thoughts.

Lucky him.
