I remember having a meltdown in elementary school because we had to use those stupid plastic slip caps on pencils to teach us how to write and my teacher didn't have any for left-handed students so I had to learn without. 🥲

Usually, I correct myself and learn but after having to learn how to do so many things like cutting with scissors, handwriting, and using the mouse, I'm sure I'm not the only left-handed person tired of having to conform what's expected by those who are not.

I recently learned I've been drawing checkmarks backwards and when I tried to do it the "correct way", I now know why I was.

I'm left-handed and checkmarks drawn to be easy for right-handed folks because it flicks outwards for them. Try it out yourself. I'll stick to my way thank you very much.

Just took a quick look and it seems like they have changed the fonts to a heavier weight and less spaced out so there’s a vast readability improvement!!

Makoto Yukimura was worried that Vinland Saga's farming arc and "I have no enemies" moment was a gamble that readers wouldn't like. I told him about the J. Cole meme from the Kendrick Lamar and Drake rap beef. This is how he reacted.

If “I have no enemies” has become a meme and people remember it, then maybe people will understand what I’m really trying to say through the story, which is that humans are immature, but we can mature. To become mature is to become kind. This is the foundation of what I’m trying to say, but it really has to be much shorter for people to remember. But it does give me hope that people remember these short phrases as memes. Then, one day, it will click in their mind what I was trying to really say in the first place.
