Noem’s statement should put us all on alert. It implies that the federal govt. should engineer outcomes of elections by choosing voters who will ensure THEIR preferred outcomes, rather than letting all eligible citizens participate freely. Sounds might white to me.

I'm wondering why they want all these Concentration Camps?
They can't just be for Immigrants. There's not enough!
Plus, why are we holding the innocent ones & not sending them back to their own countries?
It costs a lot to guard, house & feed prisoners.
Even done badly.
