Am I deeply worried about *gestures wildly* everything right now? Yes. Are many of my colleagues grant-funded? Also yes. And what are we, employees at a small, rural community college going to do? OUR JOBS. Until someone comes and physically stops me, I am going to teach. #DoYourJob #GrantFunded

Sad news: feline leukemia has caught up with our sweet Soot. Her breathing got weird last week; vet sent us back home with iron drops + antibiotic, but not much hope. We’ll run the clock out until her pain is too much, but it’s a lot of tearful snuggles this weekend. #blackcat #sad #lovehard

Here we go, here we go! After a cozy day of stopover in MI (complete with not 1 but 2! trips through Meijer and a lunch of Detroit style pizza), we are once more KS-bound. It’s 35° and raining so Pillow Princeling has additional accouterment. #roadtrip #Sealyham #Terrier #MichiganderAtHeart
