To be honest, I dont fully understand the block lists and presume those are just the stray one-word filters so, oopsies. Though appearing on a "gross fetishes" list is....funny as hell.
Most of the actual blocks are anime pictures or generic bear-reblog pages. *shrug*

I bring this to attention in a thread simply due to how it's important to be honest. I think gay men especially hide behind a shield of masculinity in the gym to bury insecurities. We need to make it more accepted to not hate every physical aspect of ourselves. That, and fuck body shaming entirely.

I spent the bulk of my life being that "husky" kid and hated it. I found I not only benefit from lifting, but really ENJOY it too. That part is key, as I think the bulk of conversation around health and fitness is awful, if im honest.

The silly thing is, I know exactly what I can and should be doing and dont need anything extreme. A little extra cardio after work a few nigthts a week and swapping a sweeter craving for a protein shake even. But, its hard to process and feel good about myself often

Vulnerable for a moment.
I talk about body image often, as its a constant aspect of my life and many LGBTQ+ folk. I weighed myself for the first time in months, fully expected I jumped to 210. Well, not that high, but a good 204 after dinner. I like how ive bulked, but i think closer to 190 is best
