Again, he has never read the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, 10 Commandments, Bible or any printed paper. He makes crap up and then distributes it from his mouth and ass.
States aren’t “agents” of the federal government. Amendment X: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States….” Also, our Constitution assigns to the states the administration of federal elections, dumb ass.
