Try thinking of it as an abusive relationship or an addiction. It takes guts to walk away and it's bloody hard! I had to delete the app so I couldn't 'just peek'. But a feed free of anatomically impossible suggestions for what to do with my opinions is.... liberating. You can do it 💪🏼
