Eggnant Blitz is captured and when he's supposed to go into labor, a spell is cast on him that keeps the egg in longer, meaning it's forced to keep growing while still inside of him after it was meant to be laid... and every day that passes, he gets more worried it'll be too big to push out now.

Oh my god. I found a list from presumably a couple of years ago cataloguing every fic author who posted something with preg/mpreg in the Stolitz tag to figure out how many there were and what the ratio of Blitz to Stolas was. (There were about 30 at the time, with a ratio of 2:1 Blitz:Stolas)
