Currently playing through Ryse: Son of Rome. It's one of those 7/10 games that I fall in love with. I love the depiction of Roman Britain, I love the combo system, I love the 2014 era voice acting.

Well, I'm definitely not getting another game done this year so here's my end of year singleplayer games completed list. It features Space Marine 2 which came out in 2024 but I finished in February this year and is retrospectively my GOTY2024.

I work 40hrs, it hits 6pm on a workday and I'm gone(logout if im at home). Very occasionally, I have so something that takes an extra 30mins/1hr but I'm taking that time back for sure.
Not to say this is a good thing but...does anyone here actually just work 40 hours a week and that's that? I'm not required to do anything extra or anything but it's just kinda naturally what I do. This seems like not so unusual overtime?

Disappointed to hear that the CEO of Larian studios is, in fact, a CEO, and treats AI like a CEO does.
AI for concept art may seem innocuous, but that stuff is important and often gets reused in games as background or loading screen art.
And it’d be nice if the game wasn’t guided by slop.
