Just fucking superb.
hep5g.bsky.social
I'd have eaten 1.5kg to share the load, that's for damn sure.
hep5g.bsky.social
Can I just say something...
hep5g.bsky.social
This is so fucking antisemitic it's ridiculous. "All Jewish people support a genocidal ethnostate" is a disgusting statement.

Factionalism always comes from comfortable, middle-class liberals who are actually quite comfortable with the status-quo and will do anything to stop "the Left" - ie people that want to make things fairer and more just, but who are painted as monsters.

Shut up and take my votes.
hep5g.bsky.social
Yeah, I used to love it. I really need to dig through my old stuff.

My God, that cover just whiplashed me back to the 90s. Not seen that in an age.
hep5g.bsky.social
That was me buying all the CD single editions. Haha.
hep5g.bsky.social
She was banging out the pop bangers back then! WTF?
hep5g.bsky.social
Fuck English liberals, that's all I'll say on that. Hahahaha.
hep5g.bsky.social
She'd identify as a Brit, I'd imagine.

They have 100% control.over all the finances now. They can afford a professional. Lol.
hep5g.bsky.social
Well they do that everyday. But my point is - when does an immigrant to a country become part of that country? The progressive answer should be "when they consider it their home". Not trying to be a dick, but I do find it fascinating who is and who isn't allowed to be Scottish y'know?
hep5g.bsky.social
Aye, fair enough. I'm happy with anything smashes up the UK TBH, so go for it - you've got a good chance to be free. Haha. But my only reservation is that *all* nationalisms end in flag-shagging and all borders are violently enforced.

I asked about the Scottish experience of class/prejudice etc. I am from Yorkshire, so just wondered in what concrete ways it differed.
hep5g.bsky.social
How does the experience of Scottish people's treatment differ from say someone from Yorkshire or the North East d'ya reckon? 'cause that must primarily be driven by reaction to accent, no?
hep5g.bsky.social
She's awful, I know, but she clearly loves Scotland. And Scotland loved her and claimed her as their own up until she went very very wrong and then suddenly she's irredeemably English. It always makes me chuckle.
hep5g.bsky.social
Doesn't really invalidate my point, but maybe Scotland could have been saved from her if it had been independent at the time and she didn't fancy the paperwork. Haha.
hep5g.bsky.social
Sorry, but the suggestion that Scotland - a wannabe colonial power on it's own terms, and later a willing and outsized beneficiary of the British Empire's slave trade - is in any way being "colonised" by England is grossly offensive.
hep5g.bsky.social
She's lived there for 30 years now. If Scotland were an independent country, she'd have had a passport for decades. Be serious.
hep5g.bsky.social
It's gonna rival pig-gate day. Honestly.
hep5g.bsky.social
I will cackle so hard.
