I’m devastated by the violence overnight. The mass shooting at Brown University on the eve of exams. The antisemitic attacks on Jews celebrating Hannukah in Australia. These senseless tragedies and the families and communities impacted by them are weighing heavily on my mind and heart today.

Stephen Miller is attacking courts and even Trump-appointed judges because courts, unlike the BS bravado on social media, evaluate facts. And the facts are not on their side.
NEWS: Judge Immergut said the Trump administration's renewed effort to put National Guard troops on the ground in Portland appeared to flout her original order — which found Trump had no legal basis to send federalized troops there.

Tina Peters was lawfully - and unanimously - convicted by a jury of 12 of her peers in Mesa County. To try to extort Colorado into overturning their judgment is just more of the same antidemocratic playbook.
